My friends were getting ready for a night out. I didn’t intend to go, but just before they left, I decided that I would. I hadn’t had a drop of alcohol up to that point. We got to the bar and ordered a round of jager bombs. One of my friends didn’t like hers, so she didn’t finish it. Then the others sat down. I was still at the bar, by myself. The bartender was showing me different alcohols as I wasn’t sure what to order. I ended up with a drink I’ve never had before. Before I went to sit down, he offered me to drink the end of my friends jäger bomb. I didn’t want to, but he insisted. I drank it. During Tmnt time at the bar, he kept telling me that he recognised me, even though I’d never seen him before. I sat down with my drink and took a sip, but it was disgusting. Everyone in my group also tried to the drink, and none of them liked it either. We left it on the table and went to dance. That’s when I started to feel off, and went in the bathroom in a panic. I called my housemates and they had my friends bring me home. Once I got home, an uber was called, and so were the police, and I went to the hospital. In the hospital, I felt really high and lost the feeling in my legs. Despite not being able to walk, and literally being carried into the nurses office, I was told that unless I knew what I was spiked with, they couldn’t test me for anything. I went home. The police called me over the next few days, only to ask what I was wearing. A year later, that same bartender saw me really drunk and took naked pictures of me that I wasn’t aware of. A few months after that, he assaulted one of his coworkers. He’s still out free.
